The process is a simple, four-step mutual interest system: (1) Profile Creation - once confirmed as a sponsor, you create a detailed profile outlining your solutions; (2) Delegate Selection - confirmed delegates review all sponsor profiles and select companies they wish to meet; (3) Schedule Creation - our proprietary algorithm creates a personalized meeting schedule filled with executives who requested to see you; (4) Delivery - you receive your final meeting itinerary approximately one week before the summit.

What kind of follow-up materials do I receive after the summit?

Accepted Answer

Following the event, you will receive an updated, final delegate list, including contact information for all attendees (in compliance with privacy regulations). This allows your team to follow up with the connections you made and nurture leads from the wider attendee base.

What kind of security and privacy measures are in place for delegate and sponsor data?

We take data security and privacy very seriously. Our summit portal and all data handling adhere to strict privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
