After you purchase your pass to attend the event, our Client Success Team will follow up to record any dietary needs or restrictions you may have. We will make sure suitable meal options are available for you onsite so you can enjoy the event comfortably.

How does the pre-arranged 1-2-1 meeting process work?

The process is a simple, four-step mutual interest system: (1) Profile Creation - once confirmed as a sponsor, you create a detailed profile outlining your solutions; (2) Delegate Selection - confirmed delegates review all sponsor profiles and select companies they wish to meet; (3) Schedule Creation - our proprietary algorithm creates a personalized meeting schedule filled with executives who requested to see you; (4) Delivery - you receive your final meeting itinerary approximately one week before the summit.

What kind of follow-up materials do I receive after the summit?

Accepted Answer

Following the event, you will receive an updated, final delegate list, including contact information for all attendees (in compliance with privacy regulations). This allows your team to follow up with the connections you made and nurture leads from the wider attendee base.

What kind of security and privacy measures are in place for delegate and sponsor data?

We take data security and privacy very seriously. Our summit portal and all data handling adhere to strict privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Delegate information shared with sponsors is limited to professional contact details relevant to the business relationship, and is only provided with explicit consent or as part of the event's professional networking purpose.
